What is a Medical Bike Fit?  A medical bike fit includes an off-the-bike assessment which includes a history and thorough musculoskeletal function assessment. We take our findings to make appropriate changes to your bike to minimize forces on the joints and encourage a neutral spine while considering your specific goals. The end result is less pain, prevention of  injury, riding more effectively, enhance handling, and improve efficiency and thus endurance. 

  • A bike fit is a process. You will be given specific exercises to work on based on the evaluation findings and the necessities to ride a bike without pain. We then make additional changes when appropriate. 

  • A bike fit is not just for professionals! Everyone can benefit and bike fits are a critical component to having longevity in the sport without pain.
