BIKE FITS

Riding a bike is fun.

Pain in the joints is not fun.

Have you ever experienced back, knee, or neck pain while riding? Have you had numbness in your hands? OR HAVE YOU JUST HAD A GENERAL DISCOMFORT ON THE BIKE? These should be addressed, in order to decrease stress on the joints and keep cycling the healthy sport it is.

But a bike fit isn’t just for those in pain. it's how you find the right size bike and the right parts for your body, and how you make sure every mile you ride is as comfortable and efficient as possible.

  • A bike fit is not just for professionals! Everyone can benefit and bike fits are a critical component to having longevity in the sport without pain.

    • Improve Comfort

    • Improve performance and efficiency

    • Decrease Pain

    • Decrease risk of injury

  • Buying a new bike? Get fit first.

    • The best time for a bike fit is before you buy, not after. Knowing
your numbers — saddle height, reach, stack, crank length — going into
a purchase means you walk into the shop able to choose the right frame
size and the right parts the first time, instead of guessing and
      adjusting later.

    • A fit typically costs far less than one wrong-size
frame or a stack of swapped-out parts, and it can save you from buying
a bike you'll never be fully comfortable on. Think of it as the
cheapest insurance policy on your next bike purchase.

    • Already been fit and just need those numbers carried over to a new
frame? That's exactly what our Size Consult is for.

  • What to bring to your fit:

    • Your clean and in good working condition bicycle (unless getting a new bike).

    • Cycling kit or clothing you typically ride in including bibs/shorts/jersey.

    • Cycling Shoes. If your cleats/shoes are worn out, this may be the time to replace them during the fit.

    • A towel, water, and maybe a snack. The fit can be quite the workout.

    • Please be prepared to leave bike or bring it back where it can stay with us for adjustments.

  • Choose your fit: Whether you're dialing in a new bike, fine-tuning your current setup, or working through pain, there's a fit level for you:
